the breakfast offered a good spread, including eggs and pastries. the reception staff were helpful. i found the location convenient. it allowed me to walk to both the train station and the cathedral. taxis were readily available when i needed them.
the hotel car park felt very tight. moving my car around required extra care.

friendly staff helpful attitude earlier check in missing ramp initial room
the staff demonstrated a very friendly and helpful attitude . they even facilitated an earlier check in than the scheduled time. this kindness extended to allowing me to leave my luggage after checkout, enabling some final sightseeing before departing.
upon arrival, i noted the absence of a ramp at the entrance, which presented a challenge when handling luggage. the air conditioning in the initial room was malfunctioning, which necessitated a room change. this was less than ideal at the start.

The room decoration suited my taste.
Upon arrival, i found that the air conditioning unit was not functioning correctly. Despite setting a desired temperature, the room remained uncomfortably warm (it was very disappointing). the hotel's location required a considerable walk to reach the main attractions. This was not ideal after long days of sightseeing.

The room was clean. it also had modern furniture!!! i was so happy. the location is pretty good. It is just a short walk to the city center. i loved that.

the building has an up-market feel, a detail i appreciated. upon arrival, i could pull up at the door to check in before parking the car on site. the hotel included an excellent high specification, a detail that stood out positively.
the location requires a 15-20 minute walk to the main centre, which might be challenging for some guests.

The staff at the front desk were INCREDIBLY helpful. They provided a map and great recommendations! The room included a big comfortable bed. The hotel is close to the train station. This made travel easy.
The parking garage was a little tight. i recommend a small car for easy maneuvering.

The staff was so cute and friendly, i felt right at home! the breakfast buffet had a great selection, i would totally recommend it. the location was really convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. the hotel was super clean, a HUGE plus for me!
the parking garage was a bit tight, i recommend a smaller car.
